    I absolutely enjoyed their dishes and customer service, good location nearby to my home. The workers are always very kind. Highly recommended.

    Lunch menu options not just family-style entrees as shown online. I had spaghetti and meatball. The meatball was moist and the tomato sauce was chunky and fresh tasting and there was a lot of sauce this time. I would've liked more spiciness in the sauce more my preference. The best cheesecake of any chain... dense, rich with a hint of lemon. I usually don't get cheesecake because it is usually mediocre .

    went in right before a shift start for a take out order, waited 15 min to have order taken with only one visible dining couple, waited an hour for the order. the "large" pizza @ $35 had 8 medium size pieces with 3 of those with virtually nothing on the bread/dough. it appears that the "cook" is very disgruntled or trying to sabotage the restaurant since the other 5 slices had 1/2 tsp of visible salt (piled/lumped) on each slice. reading the other reviews the restaurant appears to have serious problems and/or is NOT being managed! the staff encountered were very pleasant and helpful

    This place is so ridiculously good. Don't over order, the portions are family size and massive. The ambiance is so cool here, tons of old time photos and posters. The layout is also really cool. The building is pretty big and each section has a different feel. Go for the food, go for the environment, take your family. This place will not disappoint.

    We had a great evening at the kitchen table. Fun to see everything coming out of the kitchen, they let you see the dishes and answer questions. We had the salmon, lasagna, and the new short rib pasta. All we're really tasty and even though there was three of us, we still took home two take home containers.
